At the Beach
The undead, relentless but not unbeatable as the dwarf were about to witness.
"Hmm.. I want that... Bring it to me." (This occurred while they were still approaching land.)
This wasn't no ordinary dwarf per say, he was wearing black ebony armor, with red and white twisting stripes along his arms and legs. On top of that he wore a dark red cloak, with a skull emblem at the back. Also his right leg was missing, or what's there was mostly just flesh and some awful looking shaped stick. How it held his weight was difficult to pertain, but it didn't seem to hinder his movement while embarking on land.
His face was round, big nose, big ears, what you could see beneath his dark shaped helmet, two medium sized bull horns formed like an antelope. In his right hand, a large ax, with the distinguished look having two sharp edges on each end, like it wouldn't matter which way he would point, he'd still stab, or cut someone's limb off, if that was indeed his intention.
Noticed he and his personal guard has gotten the attention of this camp leader. Wasn't sure whether this jackal was worth his attention, as he couldn't care less if this whole place was torn to shreds, or it's inhabitants. But this character wearing such armor, is worth taking note off.
"Isn't it obvious." Pointing at John's armor. "I want all the treasures, and I do not wish to share." His pitch dark booming voice, that from a wild savage creature, it would terrify small children, but that's the point, the intimidation.
"If you value lives of your men, give it up, and I shall not cause you anymore mischief then a quick death." Upon uttering those words. Clearly the whole commotion with the demonic looking magician drawing energy from the water and sand, creating an mud like substance.
Seth arrived at the scene taking place near John upon witnessing the overly crafted substance literally hovering above the character beside this rather intimidating dwarf. As they both shared a sore eye, an immediate recognition occurred.
"You...!!! Your the abomination that brought Edward becoming ludicrously insane, caring nothing more of those around, only the object which still stands unknown." The leopard clearly at ready making a move, even if it would be stupendous, but he wished nothing more then take revenge, clearly accusing no one else but this dwarf for the death of his brother.
That's all there's to it, of course he knew this jackal wouldn't willingly surrender this armor, but would he be willing to risk the lives of those around him.
Time is valuable, and thus he ordered the demonic wizard to release the spell. What seemed to transcend above his head, it scattered all around, increasing tenfold in size, before landing at an incredible force upon the battlefield between allies and undead. It wouldn't prove fatal at once, only creating this sluggish feeling of being drained, but having said that, it would prove fatal if prolonged too long.

It's like an medieval recipe for cement. Those inside, or covered by any form of roof looking substance might prove lucky avoiding, and outside it's range, but clearly this bodes ill for both his and John's allies, if not knowing how to counter such wile enchantment.
"So what will it be?" All this time ignoring Seth's outrage, even at the sake of the two rapidly shortening distance between each other. Sword wielded in an high looking arc, looking to dispatch the dwarf's head, as it could possible be his one weakness.
The brutes in fact covered in this mud like substance clearly seemed little hindered at the moment, proved to shift their stance, quickly making a barrier in front of their supposed leader. For being such a short dwarf, they to can apparently make for a menacing being.
"Dispatch of this cat." They both charged toward the incoming feline, which ultimately change tactic on the fly, parrying the first colossal strike, his sword flinched, as did his hand, before the other took another bash, so hard, it sent the leopard flying backwards. A lethal blow, barely averted by the sword's metal, which was destroyed in the process.
In the Desert
Rather genuine hearing, what appeared a fully grown wyvern deciding someone like him to be trusted, (looking at the male coyote.)
Adrian tagged along, witnessing the pyramid's glory in the distance. Pursuing the coyote down finding him self witnessing the blue visualizing words, (numerals), which didn't mean much at the time looking. Yet his question didn't deter for long, figuring if there's one knowing, it's Marcus.
"Any clue what these numbers mean?" Perhaps it was outside even the canine's jurisdiction, but it well be worth asking.
Tanya was focused on something entirely different at the time. As if still standing on top of the dune, being able to see as far her eyes could see.
"What's that?" Trying to get a clearer picture, she was immediately terrified seen as she couldn't recognize this monstrous creature approaching. It was red that much she could make out, wasn't sure what beast, but it's airborne, which could mean... a dragon...
"Guys... Look there." She wasn't sure if it would prove hostile, or friendly such as Scarloc, but not all may look at them as friends, rather food.
