hi hi hi!! typically when i make accounts for any social platform, i either forget about it or post nothing due to my anxiety, but i actually want to try with this place since it seems so nice! here's to hoping this intro isn't the only thing i post... XD
anyway! my name's corvidae/jackdaw (you can call me either or!) and i'm, of course, a big sonic fan! i used to be a much bigger pokemon guy when i was younger, and i still am, but ever since i got into sonic, he's insisted on bouncing around in my brain nonstop! i always wanted more people to talk to about it, and i've been looking for a sonic themed forum for some time, so i'm really happy to be here! :D don't expect me to be very chatty, i think despite my best efforts it might still take me a bit of time to warm up and let loose of nerves haha, but i'm sure it'll be way easier for me to adjust here than on social media! i don't even go on any social media anymore cus of how much they all get on my nerves >:(
ah, i might as well share some sonic-related facts and opinions while i'm here!
- my favorite game is 1) from what i've played, a tie between adventure 1 and frontiers, adventure is just stupid fun and frontiers is very special to me and is like the first actually good game to come out since i became a proper fan lmao (growing up in the 2010s era is haaard), and 2) from what i haven't played, unleashed, i adore the story of that game, and i have access to it now so i plan to complete it very soon
- my least favorite game is 1) from what i've played, colors for sure, it's so boring and i don't like boost, at least with THIS level design XD and 2) from what i haven't played, forces, mostly cus of negative bias haha but i have it in my steam library so i plan to actually play it myself asap
- my favorite character is tails, but i also love the rest of team sonic along with silver and all of team dark!
to finish this off.... i have a website that i like to show to everyone like its my baby... probably because it kind of is! i made this with my bare hands <3 here it is if you wanna check it out! anyway, if you read all this for some reason, thanks haha! i like rambling hehe.. i'll (hopefully) see yall later! tysm for having me!! -

hi! welcome to the forum! there's lots of nice ppl here and, I'm still really nervous abt posting a lot too but everyone is always supportive and says smth nice so I find it not as anxiety-inducing as social media! (I know we're mutuals on neocities, it's nice seeing you here too!)
there's lots of threads here to check out and reply to, even if it's smth small like your fave sonic remix! or favourite zone music! but it's okay to lurk too, I do that a lot myself

Nice to meet you, Corvy!- Can I call you Corvy? I'm calling you Corvy. -I'm relatively new to this place myself, as with forums in general, but so far it has been a pretty pleasant stay.
Really, it's only natural to be a bit nervous when talking in these brand new groups. Heck, I spend about 30 minutes at minimum just making sure I'm typing everything I want worded the way I want before sending and I'm sure I'm not a standout on that. But again, being nervous just means you're human. (Unless you're not human, in which case, don't worry, we don't have any secret agents trying to put you in a test tube or anything... that I know of.)

I like your signature, Corviknight is one of my favorite Pokemon. (Pokemon is my second favorite gaming franchise, second to Sonic actually.) I love forums more than social media since they're not as overwhelming.
