Even if I may, what would be the point other that to show off? I still have dozens of games on queue to play on old consoles and even though it seems amazing, Mario Kart World by itself isn't cutting the expense
But frankly, it is pretty much the same with each new console that comes out, we seniors just wait and the newcomers get all the show off on holidays or whatnot

It's a worthy upgrade and will do well but doesn't have that casual price point that the original had. I don't think it will do as well as the original.
I personally would prefer a Steam Deck or Rog Ally, a handheld PC.
I will say that it will probably be better for 3rd party software. -

I’ll be picking one up at launch. Mario Kart World looks great and, while the reveal and launch maybe aren’t as exciting as the original Switch’s, I’ve got faith in Nintendo to have some great titles they haven’t revealed yet planned for the first year.
I’m holding out hope that they’re keeping their cards close to their chest with Prime 4. I’d love it if it had an online multiplayer mode-something Switch 2 could really do with in its first year. Something like Metroid Prime Hunters (especially since Sylux is back)
