    Yep Fistbump

It's a good idea, but you do need to port forward in order to open Srb2 servers on the browser. It's a bit of a process. The Srb2 wiki links a tutorial for doing that, so I'm going to put that here.

This is also really helpful. It shows if your Srb2 server can be accessed. Keep it mind, if your server isn't running while you check, it'll always say it's unavailable.

I do have my port forwarded, if anyone's interested. I probably couldn't host a dedicated server, but I could host something.

I'm going to be off for a while, so that's a good idea!

Doesn't have to be permanent, could just be up periodically. I've forwarded ports before for certain things so it shouldn't be hard to figure out again.

Then again I run everything on a VPN so speed probably won't be the best.

Hey maybe we could have some SRB2 competitions? Like speedruns or something just throwing out ideas.

I vote against any kind of competition, for now, at least. Don't get me wrong, I do like speedrunning SRB2, but if we're having what I assume to be the first "official" Sonic Blast/Sonic HQ meetup in SRB2, I'd prefer it to be just on the more casual side first, just goofin' in the hangouts and stuff.

Though I would like to see some events in the future once the SRB2 server gets figured out. Get some surprise maps and see who gets the best time with select characters and stuff. Would love to pitch in some suggestions on that.

I agree I was just thinking about later. We should just get it set up firsst.

If anyone's looking for a good co-op game mode, I'd suggest the Chaos Mod. It adds a new "Chaos mode" for multiplayer where you work together to fight off waves of attacking Badniks and bosses.

Anyways, if anyone wants to test out multiplayer, I can try opening a server.

I'll be joining some hangout servers for a while. I miss my other friends. But I will join when I can. Just lemme know when it's up, and I'll try to be there!

I think this is the best idea. Srb2 is free and can run decent on even a potato so it's more accessible to everyone whereas an official game would not work for everyone if they did not have it.
