I always knew it was inferior to the DC version but I didn't know all the details. Interesting!

SADX has gaslit people into remembering Sonic Adventure as being worse than it is. I first played it on Dreamcast but I've watched so many people play the DX version on YouTube that I forgot how the game originally looked. Seeing it side by side is crazy. Glad that we have mods now to make the PC version more like the original.

The PC game mods gives us an extra edge to play games in a way that we can enjoy it a lot more. Without them, PC games wouldn't gain the kind of attention it's getting today.

It is pretty great. I just downloaded some AI upscaled skyboxes which are the weakest link to SA1 and SA2.

Did any of you watch the whole thing though? It's mind boggling how bad it looks compared to the original.

The shine on everyhing, the shading, everything about it. It's the version I play, since I stuck with it since I first played.

Oh yeah! I restored it back to its original glory as well as improved it with higher poly objects and better textures.

Out of all Honesty, I prefer SADX. It just feels better to me personally. I mean, you can get Metal Sonic DLC!

The nice thing about mods is you can restore all the lighting and fix the new graphical glitches while keeping the updated models and extras.
