What's Your Opinion on Sonic the Hedgehog (2006)?

The title says it all. What are your thoughts on the infamous Sonic 06? I honestly think the game has gotten too much hate. Sure, it's a bad game, but it most definitely isn't the worst. It has one of the best soundtracks in the Sonic franchise (Dreams of Absolution being my favorite). While its story can be pretty meh sometimes, it's Shadow episode was great and I just love Silver. The gameplay also can be buggy (my favorite bug was when I accidentally beat Dr. Eggman after the first hit in the final boss of Sonic's episode), but it was also the last Sonic game to be fully 3D. Silver's gameplay was honestly my favorite. I felt so powerful controlling so many objects, including my stunned enemies, and shooting them at my foes.
So, what are your thoughts on the game?
