After spending some time on this forum this week and reading up on the amazing history that spans well over a decade, I just realized something. Wouldn't this year mark 15 years that you've been operating this forum? (Assuming you count it to be the same despite having to change hosts at some point.. I sure would count it as the same!) And if so, I am curious, do you have any planned celebratory things for that milestone? Perhaps some exclusive shop items? A little party in the off-topic sections perhaps? I'm not sure how fully one can celebrate on a forum but I think those might be in the right avenues? -

. Anyway, I was thinking of finding the right time to play games like Jackbox, Among Us, Smash Bros, or Mario Kart. The first two would be easier to achieve as they are cheaper.

A big game of Jackbox would be absolutely perfect honestly if it could be worked out safely and effectively! I think we would have to rally the troops on here too and get some of our less active members to join in the fun! Plan ahead if we can for the day so people may be able to keep their schedules clear? That could be exciting! Good thoughts, Infinite!
Also I had gone digging for a thread like this before I posted it and didn't seem to find any either, so I assume either there wasn't one previously, or it was put in a different place neither of us thought to check hehe -

That thread was in the announcement section but you have to adjust the cutoff date to show older topics. It's that way so you don't see tons of old announcements that may be irrelevant.
You are absolutely correct though but I had no idea what to do for it lol. I'm liking your ideas though so we can still do something specific for that. -

Yeah I can bet it's a little tricky coming up with means of celebration, but I feel like some of the ideas here could help, and maybe we could brainstorm more as well! -

Oh no! Oh no! I just realized by your start date, NeoMetallix, that I actually MISSED the mark by a month! I'm late to the party and that saddens me! If only I would have found my way here a month prior!!
I suppose though the day of celebration can be a planned date later on, especially if the beginning had very little activity, one could say it took a month or two to build the empire enough to accommodate the impending boom? (My best effort at optimism in this realization of disappointment hehe) -

Yeah all of the forums have the ability to have cutoff dates to filter topics by that criteria as well as others. I keep them all by default to filter from the beginning so it never cuts off topics except for in the announcement section which defaults to cutting off things after 75 days. Anyone can override those default settings though.
It's ok we can always make a celebration in the future. Keep the ideas coming and maybe we can whip something up!

Oh snap that would be totally cool! A throwback retro theme! Play to the origins! That would be something special!
And I think, NeoMetallix, I might have a great idea for it too! Something I can cook up on my end, but it'll be a surprise if we do host a day of celebration! Rest assured it'll be a good surprise, one you'll love I'm sure!
I just had a brilliant idea and hopefully it'll help make the 15 year anniversary celebration a special one!! hehe
