I gotta be honest, it doesn't look that bad.

Go ahead, crucify me if you want, but I just don't think it's as awful as people make it out to be. Sure, it's not great, and I can't think of anything that could be worse off the top of my head, but I'm not offended or grossed-out by it as lots of people are.

Thing is that after the Michel Bay TMNT movies i really cant trust this.

You're right, I can totally understand why it's put a lot of people off - Sonic's design is somewhat uncanny - but it just doesn't bother me that much

Sonic looks like crap, I know I said the movie would be horrible but I wasn't expecting the main charactors design to be altered.

I thought Sonic himself would look good since ssega said that Marza Planet studio is making the sonic model and doing animation movements, looks like they needed a crappy sonic to fit in with the crappy movie so the good stuff wouldn't stickout from all the crap.
