The Most Challenging Part of a Game

A lot of games can be tough to do in parts. Some parts of a game can be easy to do, but other parts can be a challenge to get through. Maybe the whole game can be tough to get through.
One of the parts of a game I found challenging is The Champions' Ballad DLC in The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. You start the quest with a new weapon called the One-Hit Obliterator. It is a weapon that can defeat enemies with one hit, but they can defeat you with one hit as well, since most of your hearts have been drained as you have the One-Hit Obliterator. You have to defeat groups of enemies in four parts on the Great Plateau. Each group of enemies defeated makes a new shrine appear. There a four new shrines on the Great Plateau and Link can still die with one hit even when doing the shrines. Once you do all four of the new shrines. You can continue the quest with all your hearts back, but you don't have the One-Hit Obliterator anymore.
I still haven't completed this quest yet, but I am up to the part where you have fight bosses of the four divine. I fought Thunderblight Ganon again, and it was a challenge doing the three tasks to get to it. But I think the most challenging part of this quest is the beginning.
What part of a game have you found to be the most challenging?
