  I'm surprise this has yet to be brought up here. Buuuut, might as well since this can be a fun and interesting topic to talk about!
  
  
  
  
  So I'm unsure how many of you guys are aware about this and how closely you follow the updates and news in regards of this, but Super Nintendo World is in the works as a theme park for Japan, Florida and California with currently Nintendo and Universal Studios working together to create it. This was first announced roughly on late 2016 As for now, the park won't be completed until roughly 2020-2023. And though the updates are pretty slow (of course since building a whole new theme park takes plenty of planning and building), there has been sprinkle of info floating around. However, of course, we won't know for sure unless Nintendo and Universal confirmed themselves.  
  
  So as of recently, there has been rumors about what will change in the parks. For example, that there will be a Zelda section included in the park. This map of the park was floating around recently and although it has yet to be official or confirmed yet, I find this very interesting.
  
  
  
  There also has been information about the plans for the Orlando location and because they want to fit a few more popular franchises, like Zelda, Kirby and Pokemon in the park, it would be hard given the limited space. Some say that there will be a handful of attractions will be remove that aren't gaining much traffic. Others say that for the case of Orlando, it may move to a complete new location that isn't within Universal Studio Theme Park. As of right now, info is limited. So we will have to wait an see.
  
  Of course, the Tokyo location will be planning to open first in 2020, aiming to open in time with the upcoming Olympics Games that will be held in Japan. Then Hollywood and Orlando will follow around the same year. 
  
  So what are your thoughts about this? And if you live around or close in one of the three locations, how excited are you for a real life, Nintendo Theme park (the irony of this topic in a Sonic forum. )?
  
  As someone that lives in Florida, I'm very excited and curious to see what's more to unfold. Especially to have such an epic experience with franchises that I love so much <3

  I’d go just for fun. Not a huge Nintendo fan but any game themed Park is cool by my book. Still haven’t been to LEGO land though.
  
  I live in California but not close to LA. That’s like a 6 hour drive if not 7. So I don’t get to go often. In fact it’s been 18 years since I was at Disney Land. Lol

  If it makes you feel better, the last time I've been in Universal was in 2013. I have yet to go to Disneyland to be honest (although I want to). Sooooo, yeah

  Yeah but you’re closer to Disneyworld, is there anything that land has that world doesn’t? Other than California Adventure?

  Since I live in 2 hours away from Orlando, I don't exactly have the money or way to get there for now And I'm pretty sure there a good handful of things that Orlando doesn't have that others do...
