Ah Spyro the Dragon, aside from Sonic this was my favorite platformer growing up. I didn't have any Crash games, so Spyro was my go to on the Playstation. I was very excited to see that we're getting remakes of the trilogy! Crash got the treatment, so I'm glad Spyro gets it now too! The only thing that sucks is there's not going to be a Switch version at first, though I'm sure it will come later on down the line. After all, the Crash remakes originally were only released on the PS4 at first. What were your favorite Spyro games? Are you looking forward to the trilogy remakes? I already have the game on pre order.

Was going to get this until they revealed that the disc version will only contain Spyro 1 and the other 2 have to be downloaded.
I don't have the Internet for that. -

Yeah I'm not too thrilled on that tbh, but I'm still looking forward to playing the game. From what I gather is the download is supposed to be a day one patch, but knowing Activision they could just be saying that to avoid backlash. (Which is too late anyways, I've seen a few people already voice their concerns about this.) -

Even if I don't get to play it right away, just seeing how beautiful they're making everything is incredible. It's a series that's truly never grown old for me. -

I was more of Crash fan at the time but over the years I ended up liking Spyro better. I’m excited despite still having the originals. Too bad it won’t have those fantastic Insomniac intros. -

I never played the originals just in Skylanders. I’m looking forward to trying these out since I was too young when they came out. -

I didn't have a ps1 back then but I did have a sega genesis, sega 32x, game gear, sega master system and sonic 2, sonic & knuckles and knuckles chaotix.
The first spyro game I played was Enter The Dragonfly on GameCube in 2008 and have been a spyro fan ever since and it was fun plying A Heroes Tail, my favorite in the series is The Legend of Spyro trilogy.
I can't wait to play the old trilogy in updated form. -

I still have the originals. You’re in for a treat although you lose the impact of how they were ahead of their time at release.
