Its like Ninja Turtles with the first movie not showing the turtles as much and only get a real fight from shredder when there is only 10 minutes left of the movie and most of it was about humans but the sequel puts all the spotlight on the turtles

This is whats happening with sonic and I hate it, why are these type of movies putting so much focus on humans and giving less screen time on main characters movies are named after?

I gotta agree with this. Not necessarily his cop friend, but I'm bracing myself for an hour and thirty minutes of Jim Carrey. I don't care what anyone says, his scene was the worst thing in the trailer and I'm convinced he'll be terrible. Was any of that supposed to be funny? His descent from well-put-together villain into straight-up mad scientist is interesting, but the casting is w-r-o-n-g, wrong.

@ I think it may be more due to the writing than Jim. Although Jim did say in interviews that he had really looked into the character in different versions to get an idea of who he is so maybe it is his take on it?

I’m so glad this got delayed but I think it will end up being a good movie or at least one I can enjoy and that’s all I care about. I do not care what some critics or other people think.

This. So much this. People will try and tell you that  the movie WILL be bad or good (mostly people telling you it'll be hot trash and you should feel bad for supporting it - YouTube comments anyone?), but at the end of the day it's all down to what you yourself get out of it.

I'm glad they decided to delay the movie. And give them more time to work on Sonic's movie design. When I first watched the movie trailer Sonic's movie design felt really strange. And I went to myself that's not the Sonic I know I just hope they design him better when the movie gets released by then
