Big the Cat is taken from Sonic 2 Pink Edition; otherwise, it makes better sense to create Sticks from Sonic Boom.
If you want the Sonic Uderground; Manic is in Sonic 1: Brother Trouble and Sonia in the S Factor
If you want Team SatAM -
Sally, Bunnie and Rotor
If you wan the SSSSS Squad -
Scratch, Grounder and Coconuts; but find a way to include Buzzbomber (SatAM pilot)
If you want the Pokemon Squad -
Venusaur, Blastoise, Charizard, Pikachu, Dragonite, Mewtwo, Machamp, Alakazam, Golem, Gengar, Mew, Dodrio, and others are suggestions for candidates.
