What is the best Sonic game in the main series, according to the forum? Members can vote on what they think is the best main series Sonic game there can only be one winner. There will be five parts, and the first will be covering the classic Sonic games in the main series on the Mega Drive/Genesis & Mega CD/Sega CD. You have seven days to vote, and Part 2 will be next up Sunday, which will be about the first three main series modern Sonic games. Also give a reason for your choice.

I voted for Sonic 3 & Knuckles. The two games on there own a good. Although I never completed Sonic & Knuckles. But when the two games are combined, Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles are even better.

Sonic CD.
While Sonic 3&K did have the more grand adventure, Seeing the same stage in different timezones was just too cool a feature.
That and it was Amy's first appearance and Amy makes everything better.
