My state's average gas price is $5.44 a gallon! D: I'm glad I have an electric car. It's only going to go up too! It's gone up 90 cents in the past week and a half. -

I can't speak for all of them but mine came with a portable charger that can be plugged into any standard outlet, you can also buy a version for 240v for faster charging, and you can install a special panel for it too. -
