So me and Vul are doing a trial Coop Nuzlocke on Let's Go just to see if it could be done.
Vul was wondering how we would get into the first gym if we didn't get a grass type, I told her we would cross that bridge when we came to it.
First encounter on route one was Bellsprout, First encounter in Viridian Forest was Bulbasaur .... Yeah it wouldn't be a problem. -

The Game Awards are coming up.
The awards themselves I don't care about but Nintendo usually has something good to reveal at that event. -

Got to play some Smash 5 at a friend's place this weekend. It definitely felt like seeing an old friend that you haven't seen in a while. Psyched that my boi Richter (and by extension Simon) felt awesome. Little underwhelmed by his recovery options, though. Feels a bit too little. That said, I had a blast, which was the whole point of it. -

The Belmont Boys are odd in that they have tether recovery tied to their air attacks instead. They do well once you realise that and get the spacing down. But yeah, the uppercut alone is lackluster. Also helps to remember that directional air dodges also exist now.
Unfortunately I can't say the same for wrasslecat. If he's off the stage he's pretty much boned, full stop. Still feels great when in mid though. WRASTLIN'.
