@"Renegade Dusk" The example that came to mind for me was BlazBlue: Continuum Shift. They swapped a few actors out between revisions (Bang Shishigami and Hazama most notably) so any new scenes would have them using completely new voices. But more annoyingly: Any new moves also used new voice clips, so you had this mishmash seesawing between actors during battles. -

What, you didn't like boomeranging between Spike Spencer, Erik Davies, and Doug Erholtz all within the same game? But it helped keep consistency. -
