Am I! Feels like an eternity since we've been teased it'd be a Riders story, I couldn't wait!
I really just wanna see all of these designs for the comic originals in action, they are super faithful to Rider's style. (down to the good guy not wearing proper eye protection for some reason). I think Lanolin has to be my favorite off of all these designs, by the way. Can't quite put my finger on it but I think it's the colors and overall me growing more and more fond of Lanolin as a character.
And all in all just get more of these characters in general after all this time, the #70 Cover B really gets me wondering what kind of interactions we'll get from Surge and Jet, both the ones that like to be the loudest in the room. Or just the Babylon Rogues in general, they're in my opinion the perfect rivals for Team Sonic so seeing all the banter between them is always fun.
Right, we also have to have Tangle going all-out on the acrobatics. Like, come on. I want me some good shots of Spiderman Lemur-Girl! -

Tangle would totally be trying to pull off constant X rank tricks
I'm also really interested in Jet vs Surge, she's already had her run-in with Metal Sonic so I guess it only makes sense for her to go up against another of Sonic's rivals, I still really want her to have some sort of interaction w/ Shadow but that'll be really heavy I think given Surge's backstory
I love the Babylon Rogues so much I'm really glad they're getting their moments in the comics, but seeing them in another game somehow would be nice too -

I can practically hear Omochao going "Tangle pulls a hiiiigh high trick!"
As for Shadow and Surge, gotta admit, that's not an interaction I actually gave much thought to but I'm interested. Definitely more reserved for a story on a more serious tone, yes. And although there's many ways this interaction could go for Surge, I'm also interested in how Shadow's characterization would be in that as well since how he's written has been so polarizing for so long.
Not like Surge would turn over a new leaf, I think. The point of her character is to always be a villain throughout to add to the list of constant antagonists (but writers changed so that can also change, I dunno). Though the potential conversation about both being created as weapons of sorts gives me Sonic Battle flashbacks. -
