So far there hasn't been any details past what was shown in the trailer.
Speaking of which, when they show the release date in the trailer a roar can be heard, The community has identified that roar is from a Tigrex, So looks like hes also back.

Glad to hear Tigrex is back, I'm willing to bet it's pretty meaty. After this I hope they do a Monster Hunter World 2.

I hope they give Sword and Shield something awesome to compensate for having slinger use while armed being available for everything now. That's kind of all it had going for it.
