Bio: Penelope Hazi, better known as "Hopsy" (Fun Fact: her nickname was given to her by a very young Seg Genesis) is the royally appointed Magical Technician (MagiTec for short) by then-Princess Blaze and Prince Silver. She is skilled in driving any kind of mode of transportation, be it the Enigma (the plane that the Genesis Detective Agency travels around in) or any other kind of thing that flies, rides or even swims. She also has knowledge of construction, able to build various things. However if the thing she's working on building concerns the well-being of Seg and company, then she's laser-focused on that. Hopsy is usually easygoing but when there's a mystery to be solved, she is seemingly serious about working to solve it. Don't tell anyone, but I think she may have a serious crush on Seg. She tries to downplay it though...
Her usual catchphrases are "Carrot sticks!" when something doesn't go the right way for her and "Cool Cogs!" when something pleases her. She talks with a Southern-like accent.
