I have a habit of always sipping water at least twice before I start eating anything. The water helps to wash down my throat and make it easy for the food to go down without choking me.
Do you drink water before you start eating or eat away without any problems? -

I normally eat and then drink, since I find it repetitive to fill yourself before eating. -

Well, it depends on what I'm eating. If it's tea that I'm having, there's no way I would drink water before I start drinking the tea. It doesn't make any sense because tea is fluid too.
