  Who is Cosmo?
  Cosmo is part of a plant-like species and daughter of Dark Oak, leader of the Metarex. She only appeared in Sonic X and eventually sacrificed herself at the end of the anime to defeat Dark Oak and save the universe. 
  
  What can she do?
  Cosmo doesn't have many abilities but she has the power to control plants. In her transformed state, she can fuse with planets and weaken them. 
  
  Theme song?
  Cosmo doesn't have a theme song (or at least to my knowledge). For now, I will just use one of the endings for the Japanese Sonic X anime: Hikaru Michi Ending 2
