Who is Bark the Polar Bear?

What can he do?
He doesn't have many abilities except his strength. His strength is able to compete against the likes of Knuckles.

I've been fascinated by Bark since my childhood probably beause of my fondness for snowy weather. Not to mention he looks like the same color as eggnog! -

Well, good news is that recently they announced Bark, Fang, and Bean will be getting their own IDW miniseries next year. Looks pretty neat.
