I have never had any idea how to start posts like this but here goes...
Hello friends! I'm Spin. You may remember me as that guy who once hosted a podcast about 7-8 years ago... Jesus. That makes me feel old.
If you don't know me: I'm an old old old veteran of the previous version of this board. Joined in 2007. I was a member of staff waaaaay back in 2008. Left for a while and then came back in 2010. Launched a semi-successful live podcast (called Spin's Jukebox Live) that ran from 2010 through to early 2013, with several gaps sprinkled throughout. That went for a while, it was really fun to do, and had a decent audience at its peak. But it eventually fizzled out and I basically left the site afterward due to my life really starting to ramp up.
Speaking of said life... I now live in England. I have a full-time, well-paying IT job. I have been married for just over 4 years. Not to mention, the birth of my first child is impending in the next few weeks (early February at the absolute latest). Been just a little bit busy!!
Had so many good friends here, a few of which I can still see hanging around. Am friends with several current and former members on Facebook (if you know me and want my Facebook, PM me). I have so many fond memories of Sonic Blast, and recently I've just had an urge to poke my head in and see how the new place is doing.
Anyway, I should wrap this up. I'm likely not going to be around too much, but I just wanted to say hello and I promise I will at least check in occasionally! I wish nothing but love and happiness to everyone here. -

Gonna be totally honest, never thought I'd see you around here.
Not that I didn't want to. Glad to see you're still doing well. I'm sure you'll make a great dad, man. Don't be a stranger if you can help it! ^_^

It's been way too long, Spin. Glad to see you popping in - even if it's only for a brief stop-in. And man tell me about it. Time is weird and I do not care for it.
But hey, congrats on the bub! I'm sure you'll do great. -

Hey there, welcome back! We haven't met yet as I'm relatively new to this board, but it's always great to see old members return to a community, even if only to pop in every once and awhile to say hi. I really love your thorough introduction post, and it's fun to hear about your history with this community.
I hope to see you around the boards here whenever possible. Take care!
