Who is Amy Rose?
Amy Rose is a pink hedgehog who first appeared in Sonic CD. At first, she was a tomboyish young girl that loved fortunes and telling tarot cards who met Sonic in Little Planet. Since then, she has had a major crush on the blue hedgehog. In Sonic the Fighters, she used the Piko Piko Hammer as her weapon. Starting with Sonic Adventure to Lost World, she has a more girlish personality and obsessed with Sonic to a point where she constantly chases Sonic and wanting to marry him. From Sonic Lost World and beyond, she seems to have suddenly matured and not as obsessive.
What can she do?
As a hedgehog, Amy has incredible speed and can even catch up to Sonic. She can summon the Piko Piko Hammer out of nowhere which allows her to send enemies flying and allow her to fly herself by swinging it. Using her tarot cards, she can foresee the future and even curse others.
Theme song?
There is "My Sweet Passion" from Sonic Adventure and "Follow Me' for Team Rose from Sonic Heroes.

Alright, let's get a conversation going. So, there is this headcanon I have with her ever since I played Sonic Battle for the GBA. Those rings she has on her wrists (and I have a weird suspicion she hides them in her legs as well) are actually weights to train her strength and speed. We see Amy use weights in Sonic Battle which no one seemed to notice until she takes them off and they apparently are quite heavy making a clanking sound if I recall. If this is true, she must be incredibly fast since we see her chasing Sonic despite wearing these rings. There's also the fact that this isn't the first time we see rings used as a handicap. We have the inhibitor rings which is Shadow has which limits his power. Thoughts, anyone? -

Amy is one of those characters that grew on me over time. Starting with Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, I just really liked playing as her. She was a cute character. The more I think about it, I really enjoyed her role in Sonic Adventure. It really showed a side of her character when she started to help Gamma. Also, I love how her debut game Sonic CD, is actually one of my favorite Sonic games. Now I enjoy playing as Amy in most spin-off games like Sonic Battle, the racing games, and Sega Superstars Tennis.
