  I'm always cautious about Video Game adaptations, but I really hope this will be fun! I also hope they can capture the intense atmosphere some of the antagonists gave off in those games in the early days! I think the clown, Sweet Tooth if I recall, used to be a stand out character for being exciting and a bit on the scary side. I swear there was a larger version of him you had to battle in a downtown area as well but I can't for the life of me remember much beyond that right now, but I would love to see the air of intensity hit the show the way it hit the games!

  This is like my favorite game series, up there with Sonic so it's sad for me the last one was in 2012 but at least they have a show for it soon which might convince them to greenlight another game.

  I could see them tying in a game with the release of a show! It's often wise to do a cross-release anyway. Sonic did that with Boom, so who is to say they won't have something special in the works?

  The Twisted Metal show premiered on Peacock on July 27, 2023, with all 10 episodes. I personally streamed it on Paramount+. It was a good show from how everything went with it. The good thing is that the show is getting a second season. It wad confirmed by star Anthony Mackie at The Game Awards 2023.
