Hiiii, I'm Umbra and I'm pleased to meet you! I actually haven't used a forum in a minute, and I was really surprised to find an active one. I miss forums and more long-form content which seems to be getting a little harder to find these days.
Uhh, I'm not really sure what to put here anymore? I used to be very active around Sonic forums in the mid-2000s but most of them sadly died off or I was on my nonsense and left for whatever reason.
Roleplay is kind of my favorite thing, but I want to get back into drawing Sonic art as well, so I at least intend to be active there. I'm a little shy and sometimes it's hard for me to really open up to people. Hmmm what else. My favorite characters are the Badniks, and Mecha Sonic was always my favorite since I encountered him in S&K way back when ahaaaa I'm old. -

Welcome aboard. Yeah, I hear ya. Forums offer a tight-knit close community that I don't think subreddits and discord really allow. It's easy to get lost in the shuffle, and in my experience at least, there seem to be fewer nice people lol. Hope you enjoy your time here. -

I understand being shy, a lot of the times I lurk and just read threads rather than respond, but there's lots of simple to reply to threads that I personally find not as difficult to reply to like favourite sonic remixes or your favourite S3&K zone, if anything this forum has helped w/ my social anxiety quite a bit
it's also nice seeing a fellow artists on here, I look forward to seeing anything you create! -

I usually like to give nicknames to everyone here, and the first one I can come up with is "Umby", which is the nickname used for Umbrella in the competitive Skullgirls scene, so hello and weclome, Umbrella from Skullgirls! -
