  Thankfully, I can say that this has gotten interesting, and holy christ on a crumpet my sprites are really terrible.

  SpoilerShackstuck began on July 27th, 2011 and follows the misadventures of the newbie Ritz and his companions. It started out on act 1. This act starts out with Ritz, whom had been staring through what seems to be the cosmos….(fudge it I’m not doing so many links) He continues forth, and after traversing a rainbow bridge, he comes across a planet with the label of "Sonic Blast". He descends to it, and a large registration wall appears in front of him. At first he tries to enter the username Xxtailsdollsbiggestfan420xX, but changes is mind and finds out all other variations of the name are taken anyways. He decides on "ritz", which was the preferred snack of his childhood (which he has little memory about). He finishes the registration and the wall disappears. After a bit of wandering the mostly blank planet, he comes across a colored area with a small shack in it. He notes that the name is odd, and suddenly hears a voice in his head telling him to burn it down. He obliges and pulls out the only thing he brought with him (a flamethrower), but the flame is reflected and catches his head on fire. Panicking from the situation, he runs in the Shack and starts shouting obnoxiously and flailing around. This extinguishes the flame. He notes that the building is much larger than it appeared on the outside, and suddenly the voice in his head tells him to go streaking. Once again he listens, and ends up in the Checkerboard room. In there he finds Vertigo taking a nap on the couch, and a fridge across the room. He looks inside the fridge, and notices it's filled with Dr Pepper cans and one jar of mayo. He decides to fill his 6 inventory slots with the drinks, and adds the jar to his weapon 1 slot. He then drinks one of the cans and goes to kick Vertigo awake. Vertigo awakens and greets ritz, but is quickly punched in the snout. ritz then offers him a Dr Pepper that he gladly accepts. He then proceeds onward to the next room, meeting Chaos. He offers ritz a muffin that allows him to level up, as well as grow a full head of hair. He then asks Chaos to go on a quest to find the banana king before running off screaming. In the next room he encounters a fanged worm that he quickly dispatches after a kick and a jar of mayo. He then heads into the next room, consisting of Silver, Rainbow Dash, and an asleep Vertigo. Ritz tries to sneak by while Silver ponders where the Dr Peppers went and Dash manages to detect him. Silver interrogates Vertigo on the matter, and ritz tries to ambush him by launching the fridge at him, only to have Silver disintegrate the fridge and strip ritz of the Dr Peppers before teleporting off.
  
  Noticing that ritz is upset over the loss of his Dr Pepper, Rainbow Dash offers ritz a quick ride on her bag. She quickly loses control though, causing them to land in opposite sides of the Shack. Soon enough ritz finally lands in a new room, comprised of Ezekial Wolffe and Cy-Fox. Before he can interact with them, he quickly gets fed up with the stupid commands and I make my first self-indulgent self-insertion. I explain certain aspects of how the universe functions, as well as my role in the story.
  
  “I exist in a dimension between dimensions. I receive all commands from the "real world" 's Sonic Blast, which comes to me; a being made in my creators image, who takes these commands and applies them to the next dimension, which is an Alternate Universe of sorts. This dimension, while very similar to the first, has many differences. First of, I am in control of it. Secondly, it is a dimension where the events of the Shack are real, rather than existing as text on a message board.” Note: By me I mean my Shack me who narrates the thing. I’m his boss. Also I end up adjusting the fourth wall and return us to the story.
  
  Ritz sparks up a conversation with Zeke, since Cy seemed to have wandered off. Zeke hears about his adventure so far, and gives ritz the sword of eladcloud (A useless piece of bowl of poo) to defend himself. Following the awful advice given by the voice in his head, he decides to stab Ezekial, triggering a battle between them. Zeke being 20 levels higher than ritz, it’s a pretty one sided battle. Ritz manages to escape with only 2hp left. He flees to another room, this one containing Cy. He notices how beat up you are, and offers you a BURGER KING TRIPLE STACKER. It causes you to level up and refill your health, but the result leaves you pretty fat. You try to get his attention and ask him to change it back, but he walks off ignoring you. At this point, we knew this much about the shack’s layout: (

  You decide to head down to the next room, finding Kale and Silv. You first greet Kale, who tells you that Silv can probably cure your sudden fatness. Silv hands you a bottle of FATigue, which causes you to level up and take on a new appearance. (Fun fact: It was based off of Dad Egbert’s sprite) You then grab a curtain from the window and don it is a stylish cape before moving on. While in the room, you can also see Dev and I doing some sort of Cat and mouse chase.
  
  In the next room ritz acted like Batman for a while before Jon Quincy Stone bursts in and offers to give you some clothes. They end up looking pretty ugly, and he comments on the fact. Ritz takes offense to this and engages him in battle. Jon only being 7 levels higher, the battle is a bit more equal. Also being the cheap piece of bowl of poo it is, Eladcloud shatters on its first use. Ritz was nearing defeat, but a strange figure (Dev) swooped in and took out Jon first. Ritz leveled up and moved forward.
  
  Next he went to the original hallway that we first entered back at the beginning of the act. After a quick nostalgic flashback, he runs into Blaire: a moderator. She provides him with a pistol, which he names >Punch in Snout and is still currently using. He then heads off once more after blinking and missing Blaire’s epic exit.
  
  Ritz then finds himself once again back in the room with the black and white checkered floor. In it there was Chaos, Zeke, Dev (who was hiding in the back), and the newly introduced Pedruben. Devlin (For mysterious reasons) and Zeke (To formulate the plan of banning ritz) quickly run off upon noticing him. Chaos runs into ritz and summarizes his day so far (Which is what’s happening again right now) , and Chaos insures him that it will get better (spoiler alert: it doesn’t). Ritz then meets Ped, who he of course starts on the wrong foot with by punching him in the beak before playing him the song of his people. Having probably scarred him for life, Ritz decides it would be best to head off.
  
  The next room he enters is a bar containing Vertigo and Kale, with the newly introduced Mario as a bartender. He orders “a chocolate malt, shaken, not stirred." "...and throw in some broken up ritz crackers while you're at it, myehhh.”, but it is not the fanciest of bars so his order is only somewhat fulfilled. It is then that Vertigo confronts him. After a quick apology, the two become friends and Vertigo joins the party. Soon enough though, Kale executes a SURPRISE VAMPIRE ATTACK ON THEM. Throughout the battle they fare somewhat well, but are still outmatched. When all seems lost, Rainbow Dash conveniently shows up to warn ritz about how the others are planning to get him banned, but also help them during the battle. At this point Kale is easily defeated, and ritz leveled up.
  
  The victory is shortly lived, however, as Rainbow Dash quickly take Vertigo and ritz to Chaos, who explains the situation. “Okay great! Listen, we're really pressed for time so I'll make this quick. Ezekial and... well... most of the Shack has started a movement to get you banned, which basically means no respawning ever again. Rainbow Dash and I know you're not that bad of a guy, So we're gonna help you out until this commotion dies down.” . They decide that hiding out in New Vegas would be the best plan of action, and head out on their way.
  
  However, they are assaulted by Cy before reaching their destination, and he was joined by the following: Pedruben (For punching him in the beak and scarring him for life), Mario(For not paying for the chocolate milk and cracker) , Silv (For trying to steal his clothes), Cy (For no reason, really. As a moderator though it was his duty to listen to the claims of others), Zeke (For having been shown ritz’s stabs), Jon Quincy Stone (For being attacked by ritz after the slight insult), and Kale (Presumably for killing him?). It is then that they start and epic battle (>Be bucked.)
  
  The battle starts rather slowly, with them mainly just staring each other down. Jon is the first to run forward; punching ritz in the face. It hurts, but ritz obviously survives it. Next Cy (who has a strong dislike for ponies) fires upon Rainbow Dash, who flies away and barely avoids the blast. Chaos then fires his TMC (Tactical Muffin Catapult) at Kale, sending him flying. While the others go about their busines- Okay I’m not summarizing the whole animation. It was cool though you should go watch it. ANYWAYS. Eventually Dev and I have a battle but it’s interrupted by Void, who thought that would be a great time to show up. He flies around a bit, I spawn a vortex and jump in to escape (Dev follows), and Blaire shows up to teleport everyone back to the shack.
  And then act one ended.
  (Oh geez this was an awful, awful idea. OKAY TIME TO KEEP WRITING.)
  
  ACT 2 BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 26TH 2011.
  It started off with be and Dev being pissed at each other over who got control over the story. I eventually knock him out of the way, and get on with things.
  The story goes to ritz, who is faced with the choice of whether or not to return to consciousness. He decides that he wishes to continue dreaming, and does so. In the dream he is the star. its him. he find himself in a strange yet familiar place (His hometown from his old planet) , and walks down a path before ending up at a playground. While things seem happy and cheery, the mood soon changes as he notices a black shape off in the distance (Void). Suddenly everything is ablaze and he feels very uncomfortable over the transition from dream to nightmare. He concentrates all his focus on waking up, and barely manages to do so.
  Vertigo explains that it is now a new day, how Blaire teleported everyone back, and how they’re in the one safe portion of the basement (To avoid the others who may still be mad at him). “
  
  Well Blaire transported us to right outside the Shack. We could tell the others were still pretty darn mad, so we decided to hide out in the basement, or at least the only lit part of it, until it all blew over. I'm not sure where everyone else went, but they probably just went back to their normal business. We don't really hold grudges long here, and we have battles all the time.”. ritz decides to lead them out of the basement, but only ends up leading them further into it.
  
  As expected, they encounter a large group of the many underlings who inhabit the shack’s basement. Then the story went on hiatus for like a month because I was just being lazy. (Or maybe just dusting geez
  ). Upon returning to the story I realized that I had messed up the order of the story; forgetting to include the intermission. It basically showed Neo Metallix (Who’s role in the story has yet to be really expanded upon) confronting Void, and basically sacrificing himself in order to weaken the villain as well as upgrade the shack to version 7. Then the intermission ended.
  
  Before I could continue the story, however, Devlin attacked me and took control of the story. He gave ritz the code K-14-R4 to disable all the enemies, but forever reason ritz kept messing it up. Eventually Dev gave up on that plan, and basically had them do an (unseen) montage to escape the predicament, which someone ended in them playing billiards. Eventually they find their way out of the basement and come across a treasure chest. Before they can open it, however, Kiara appears (for the first time). She offers them access to the chest, but only if they can provide something in exchange. Ritz checks his inventory, and find that a mysterious blue gem found it’s way into there (Which turned out to be really important later). He handed it over to Kiara, and she disappeared; allowing them access to the chest. Disappointingly, the chest only contained DUMB FABRIC.
  
  It was then that I took over the story again by relocating to my other room and spawning the command box and my computer to me. Anyways ritz leveled up and the dumb fabric merged with his cape of strange properties to create the Dumb Cloak of Fabric Properties. Also his appearance changed. They moved on to the next room and found Cy-Fox, who instantly begin to question ritz; mainly assuming that he was responsible for Void’s appearance. Ritz did his best to prove himself innocent, and even suggested that Cy point his higher level Shackdex at it (Which yielded this result:
  ). Suddenly a blast of smog entered through the window and attacked Cy, transforming him into his Voided-self (AKA evil cy). They tried to communicate with him, but he spoke in gibberish and attacked them.
  
  The battle was far more difficult than anything they had faced before (Especially considering that Rainbow Dash had just disappeared to take a nap), but Chaos exploited Cy’s “Unique weapon” weakness and ended up one-hit-KO’ing him. He was not actually defeated, though. Cy had simply teleported off before he could take any further damage. At this point Chaos explained that it was time to take his leave, but gave ritz a Shackberry (Which made it easier to communicate with the other Shack dwellers) as a parting gift. The only online contact was Kiara, so he decided to message her. They mainly just bickered on about how it wasn’t a fair trade, but Kiara eventually promised that if ritz were able to arrange a meeting with Blaire and follow further instructions that she would give back the gem. He then had a chat with Rainbow Dash, who explained that she was busying napping, but suggested that ritz search the checkerboard room for Blaire.
  
  He then went to visit said room. There was no Blaire, only Fish. He told him that she was probably in the moderator chamber, and they exchanged SBM profiles before ritz went off. He went up there, but not surprisingly it was guarded by a Chaos Space Marine (Also at this point here was what we knew of the layout:
  ) He asked the guard to enter, but obviously he couldn’t. It was then however that ritz received a code to use from a mysterious fellow who is still yet to be revealed (Spoiler: It’s actually not Dev). Before he could make use of it, however, Phoenix-Saturn appeared and confronts ritz. He asked her where Blaire was, who conveniently appeared right behind him. It was then that Kiara contacted ritz, and told him to sell Blaire the strange iron dagger she had just spawned into his inventory. She accepted it in exchange for restocking ritz’s ammo, and he arranged with Kiara to meet in the checkerboard room.
  
  Upon returning to the room he found Fish, who was still there. He stated (lied) that it was him who had gotten Blaire for him, and decided that some compensation would be required (his blood). Fish lunged at ritz, but was killed in mid-air by Kiara’s flying cane. With the vampire out of the way, the two were free to complete their exchange. She rewarded him with the (drained) gem, and gave him an EXP SPHERE as a bonus; causing him to level up to level 20. Kiara then conveniently runs off before ritz can realize that the gem is drained.
  
  Soon enough he starts to wonder what his old teammates are up to, and coincidentally right then Vertigo contacts him. They don’t really discuss much other than the fact that he fell asleep earlier and got lost. They don’t meet up again yet or anything, but at least it’s consolation I guess? Jesus Christ this is long are you even reading this? Butts butts butss | ) )
  
  Anyways ritz steals the cane that was stuck on the wall (Even though he really broke it off and the piece is kind of there forever) and heads back upstairs in an attempt to find out more on the smog monster (VOID HURRY UP AND GET NAMED ALREADY). On the second floor he finds a stethoscope and Ezekial. He adds the the stethoscope to his inventory and has a quick chat with Zeke before taking his advice and going to spy on the mods. He doesn’t hear much besides useless bickering, but he quickly has to engage stealth mode to hide from P-S, who was just exiting the chamber. (Also his cloak grants him invisibility apparently). He follows her down the hall, and witnesses as she informs Demi-God (a level 1 newbie) that he shouldn’t be up there.
  Anyways Void decides it’s time to REALLY be a douche and manages to bust through the Shack’s shield and past the wall. It’s also conveniently really close to where ritz was. As would be expected ritz runs like hell, only to encounter Voided-Cy in another room. He tries to escape (http://i.imgur.com/tiOYO.gif), but is quickly captured and subdued. Noticing how screwed ritz is, I jump in to save him. While I’m gone, Dev took this opportunity to snoop around my room. Looking (RIPPING) behind my Aela the Huntress poster, he found the gem he was looking for. Then to the surprise of nobody he changed the focus to Kiara.
  
  She was waiting in the bar, having changed to her Terezi outfit. She hid herself before Blaire could show up, and used the dagger to seize up her Blaire’s body. They have a long argument and a pretty one sided battle before Blaire ends up accidentally dropping her gem. Knowing the odds that are against her, Blaire “surrenders” only to have Crusader show up to help her. Before any real fight between them could take place I came crashing through the wall, followed by Voided-Cy (3V1L BL4CK FOGGY CY). To summarize what happened next: Basically Kiara did an acrobatic fudgeing pirouette and yoinked the gem before calling Dev to join her. Dev showed up and I was like oh dammit I bet he fudgeed up the story so I returned back to the room. AND THEN ATTENTION WAS SHIFTED BACK TO RITZ.
  
  So anyways after being heroically saved by me he wandered off a bit and encountered a Voided-Demi-God. Then a battle took place. Actually technically two since the mods (and Kiara) were busy battling Voided-Cy-Fox. While the fight was awfully close, ritz managed to pull through as victor thank to a “parry, mofo”. It was then that suddenly ritz’s drained gem absorbed the smog from Demi-god, returning him to normal. As for voided Cy, he got his head cut off by Dev and still died despite being returned to normal by another drained gem. (Due to the respawn system being recently destroyed)
  ANYWAYS I’m getting bored again :I sdlksjdljjdbuttskldsjsdkjsd
  
  So then ritz met Darkfarr and they discussed basically what we already knew. He had to run off though to attend to serious business (Fixing the respawn room). Ritz decides to head back to the bar to check on the others. He adds Cy’s head to his inventory, and has Blaire repair the broken dragon cane into Ritzcalibur. (Okay this stuff is more recent so I’ll be more brief.) Vertigo messages ritz, asking him to come back to the checkerboard room. He does so.
  
  In the room is Vertigo and Jon, facing off against a Darkling. It’s guarding a gem. Ritz uses a hood ruse, allowing Vertigo to quickly defeat the monster. Then Kiara messages him, asking for the gem. She also explains how whenever Void shows up in a universe, 6 gems are dispersed to those who deserve them. Those gems can be used to defeat him. He says no so she breaks the fourth wall and chases him. Then we switch focus to the BLACK SMOGGY MONSTER.
  
  Anyways he finally got named as “Void- Devourer of Dreams”, and it was explained that he came to this universe to tie up some loose ends (killing ritz, since he escaped.). Also he refers to himself in the Royal We. So after laughing for a bit he gets his bowl of poo together and the story goes back to ritz.
  Kiara traps him in a corner and uses her SEDUCTIVE CHARM/suggestive statements that made him uncomfortable (
  ) to freak him out before stealing the gem. He’s kind of freaking out at this point. To make matters worse, Fish messages him to say that he’s still alive and is going to kill him. Ritz then proceeds to have a mental breakdown.
  
  Then we hop on over to Rainbow Dash’s perspective. She’s taking a nap before being interrupted by a sudden cloud of smog (Void crashing through some more). She investigates it by following it into the next room, which contains a regular prinny (Whom she mistook for Pedruben), and the very recently contaminated Mr. Gutsy robot. Rainbow easily defeats the robot, but the smog quickly transfers and voids the prinny. She quickly bucks him, causing him to explode. Unfortunately, due to the respawn system being down, he died forever. She then freaked out for being a murderer. So we switched back to the slightly less freaked out one.
  
  After getting his bowl of poo together, ritz receives a message from his ol’ pal vertigo. He tells him that someone else has been infected (lie) and that he needs to come over immediately (obvious set up for vertigo/ritz shipping fic). Anyways they proceed to murder Silv before ritz realizes that it was actually Vertigo who had been voided (sort of, if anything he was used as a host) (also shocking plot twist.) Void then uses Vertigo to get another part of himself into the Shack. This part kind of threatens ritz with death, but he mentions how he has no idea who vVoid is. Void is like “dude what the hell?” and uses his powers to restore ritz’s memory.
  In his memory we find out the following things:
  -ritz liked: homestuck, batman, skyrim, dr pepper, ritz, my little pony fim, and Sweet Bro.
  -His name is actually ritz
  -He is a fan of Spin’s Jukebox Live (His first(?) connection to the shackverse)
  -He likes a girl named Amy but is stuck in the friend zone 5EVER
  He looks out the window to see Void beginning to literally void the entire planet, and decided the best plan of action is to jump out the window. He lands and goes unconscious for a while. Eventually he wakes up and grabs the flamethrower from a shack (SEE THE FORESHADOWING? HAHAHAHAHAHhaheh…hoo..huh.)) before going to confront Void. He has Amy in one of his billion arms, and quickly grabs ritz. Before ritz can be voided, however, Amy uses some mysterious powers to literally fling ritz into space towards the shackverse; an aura of power allowing him to breathe (though possibly wiping his memory?) Eventually he finds his way there and that’s how the story starts.
  
  So anyways back to the present. Void is about to devour ritz right when Dev jumps in and slices the arm off (also finally being formally introduced). Ritz is told to run away, and obliges. He then gets a message from Chaos, asking him to come to the Respawn room.
  
  He quickly arrives, only to find that somebody definitely let that bowl of poo break. (Also Farr is in the room) They’re not exactly sure how to fix it, but decide that duct tape would obviously be the best solution… It wasn’t. Farr ends up with a duct tape face and ritz runs away before anything else can mess up.
  He gets to another hallway, only to receive a message from Fish saying that his time is up. Ritz considers his options (
  ) , but gets sneak attacked by Fish before he can decide. Fish explains that he barely managed to respawn before the machine went out, and that somehow managed to corrupt him further. Anyways they fought for awhile before Kale showed up and attacked Fish….This happened only a few updates ago do I really need to explain? Fine geez ritz show fish and his head went boom and there was a gem. He took it. Kale disappeared.
  
  THEEEEN Void starting spawning some sort of being that we still have not fully seen. Ritz ran inside and THEEEEN Dev and Kiara put there plan into action (It being to utilized the powers of the gems on the sacred tablet to increase Devlin’s powers even further.) So Dev got tiger and ritz went inside to make up with his pals Dash and Vertigo. THEN DEV CAME IN AND GAVE RITZ THE DRAINED GEMS TO USE LATER BECAUSE THEY’RE IMPORTANT FOR SOME REASON AND BLAIRE ASKED EVERYONE TO GO TO THE MOD CHAMBER SO THEY DID. ONCE THERE RAINBOW REALIZED SHE WASN’T A MURDERER, DEV REJOINED THE COUNCIL, RITZ RECOUNTED WHAT HAPPENED SO FAR TO CHAOS, AND YOU GUYS MADE ME TYPE UP THIS…. 4404 WORD ESSAY. WAIT NOW IT’S 4410 WAIT NOW OKAY I’M DONE >:I
