the trailer's out!
i watched it this morning right as it dropped. i definitely have... thoughts.
first of all, shadow looks phenomenal here. i adore this model, and all the insanely cool action shots with him. i really hope they're faithful to his story, or at least the details in it that actually matter. this trailer does have me a bit worried in regards to that, particularly at the end where a certain someone shows up. honestly, the setup of this movie's story in general feels odd to me, but since there still isn't much to go off of, i'll reserve my judgements for now.
and i'm excited to see team sonic properly together, too. i love the dynamic these versions of them have, and it's a real shame we didn't get much more of it in the knuckles series like i thought there would be. hopefully this movie will deliver in that aspect!
