What compelled you to make your OC?

You have this thread, and the other thread in another section. So I'm just gonna parrot the response I put there, ok? Ok.

Seg and his friends (Aaron, Axel, Nicolas) were all created using this dollmaker made by gen8thehedgehog on DeviantArt. It's been archived since it was a Flash game at the time when Flash was all the rage.

Yea, this is the one for any KIND of OC. I thought I'd need another one because people might've asked or gotten confused.

I know I replied to the other post too, but I have to admit I just love talking about this kinda stuff, sorry.

Anyway! I have multiple OC universes, of which the main one (that I just call "'verse 1") is originally because of my tendency to create a thousand alts in online games.

The characters belonging to this universe are pretty much my PSO2 characters (with the exception of my en server 1's character, who acts as a self insert most of the time), except originally in an alternate universe that's more like present day except there's sentient robots. This is important.

Asagi is the first one, she's the character I started off with on both JP and EN. (yeah, I might've stolen the name from a video game character) Except in this unverse she's called "Dawn" (or "Dusk" depending on the canon point... it's a long story, okay) and also a robot instead of a human/deuman and also pretty much a completely different character at this point.  But then again, it's been literal years.

Ruriko (she's a cyborg in this universe, not a CAST), Michi and Yuuna (but human) are also pretty much different characters at this point.

...As for where I get ideas, I tend to base OCs and sometimes scenarios involving them off of random songs depending on the vibe I perceive from said songs.
