In my bedroom and for the previous 10 years in my living room I had (have) a Sharp Aquos Quattron; the TV with quadpixel technology that adds yellow for RGBY color.

Now a days in the living room we have a new 60" 4K screen by LG.

What TVs do you guys have? Anyone out there with 8K?

In my bedroom we have a very budget 1080p Insignia. Not sure the model. In the living room we have a Sony Bravia X800D. It was the best budget 4k TV in 2016. Still waiting to upgrade but I'd like one with lots of local dimming zones or Oled. Regardless, whatever I get in the next few years will blow away what I have now even budget TVs are ahead of what you could get in 2016 but I'm waiting a little longer so something in the $800 range will be a huge upgrade.
