  The case was resistant to being blown up and the hedgehog inside punched open the lid.
  
  "What the....Oh, um....ahem!"
  "My name is Shadow. I'm the ultimate life form. " He crossed his arms, trying to look cool.
  
  "Ow, the Edge" Scourge sneered.
  That earned him a punch from Shadow and he was sent flying into a wall.

  Meanwhile Scourge was fighting the "Hot Shot" GUN Mobile. As it turned out he went right through the wall when Shadow punched him and found himself in an arena.

  Scourge of course beat that thing down and wasn't expecting any praise. He was a mercenary after all, or rather he used to be one.

  And with that Shadow disappeared in a flash of light.
  
  "Where'd he go?! He made me fight a freaking robot!" Scourge complained.
  
  Meanwhile.....
  "Aw Seg, it's ok. You're safe here, so are your.... friends? A girl with cat ears and a tail said as Seg rested his head on her lap. This was Princess Sara, Seg's girlfriend.
  
  "Well, friends is kinda like it, since we did get him out of a tight spot back there," Shiro said, grinning.

  Aaron and his mom had returned from the mines with three pieces of the Master Emerald.
  
  Knuckles glided while Fang bounced back to Angel Island.
  
  "Well, I'm glad that you two were looking out for my future husband!" Sara said, her tail flicking happily.
  
  "Whoa, back that up, HUSBAND?!" Shiro exclaimed.
  "This bloke's 'bout to tie the knot with ya? How old are you anyway?" Fang (the Dark Chao) interjected.
  "It's a l-long story," Seg said with a huge blush on his face, adjusting his goggles.
  
  ~Dark Side Story ~
  "Yeah, yeah coming. Any idea on how to reach something in space?" Scourge said in a bored tone. He was thinking about how he was going to get Shadow back for that. Nobody punches the King of Moebius through a wall and gets away with it. NOBODY.
  
  Shadow grinded, dashed and shot his way through Radical Highway, destroying any and everything in his path, a memory spurring him on. A memory of a girl named....Maria.
  
  He robbed the Federal Reserve Bank of its Chaos Emerald. He was going to need that to Chaos Control to Space Colony ARK.
