  Before Bonfire landed at the oil rig (Oil Ocean) he noticed that the whole place was on fire. he landed on the outskirts of the rig. "what happened here?", but while he was busy surveying the "landscape", he didn't notice the machine coming up behind him. Yaoban* slashed out from behind, tearing a hole in bonfire's left wing. Bonfire was feeling woozy after the blow, he thought Yaoban flew away but he couldent be sure. no matter how hard he tried, Bonfire still slips into unconsciousness.
  
  *((Yàobān is "flare" in Chinese, I'm currently working on the design, but I noticed no-one has been attacked yet, so, there. Bonfire gets attacked by his robot counterpart))

  "Got the keys!" Knuckles shouted as he came out of nowhere with three keys. The door slowly rose up, and a voice came on via a loudspeaker:
  
  "HAHAHAHA! You little thieves....did you really think you can get out of here alive? I really wasn't expecting any guests here at my humble abode. But now you're here, I must destroy you all. However, I'll let you live IF you give me whatever Emeralds you have in your possession. Make your choice now."

  Bonfire woke up, he wasn't sure where he was until he looked up and saw, floating water?! though was chained by his ankles, he trashed around, terrified. eventually he calmed down, took a deep breath, and focused his pyromantic energy, taking a little power from the stone he still had from The Void. I really hope that this works, he thought while a ring of fire formed beneath him. he could faintly see Rouge and Aron,* he wasn't sure if they could see him, or if a portal had even appeared on the other side, but he had to try he summoned his dual sided axe, cut the chains, closed his eyes, and fell through the portal.
