  They have added master balls to the game however but they are rare to get. If you still have the "Let's Go" research, that rewards you with one and master balls are guaranteed catches.

  
  And over the last couple days, I've seen the other two - couldn't even face Articuno before it ran, because it was crowded out by a freakin' Skrelp. Ran into Moltres on my lunch break today and it just wouldn't hold still. Was hoping to tag it with a great throw, ended up with just nice. Broke out and ran again.
  
  I don't think I've seen the Master Ball research yet - but I started in December.
