  Will it be possible to add on more games beyond the initial 20? Not sure if there's going to be some sort of store or anything like that.

  No doubt it'll be possible, but whether they do it is almost a definite no from me. These things tend to have a fixed amount of games, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if there's some kind of expansion or store like you said.
  
  If they do elect to do that, though, they'd better put it on a miniature memory card

  I doubt it’ll have expansions but like @“Dopey” mentioned I also thought of the idea of miniature memory cards for extra games.
  
  Hackers have hacked the NES and SNES mini so they can load any roms they want on them.
