Have you gone out in a day without remembering to brush your teeth? This have happened to me once but I didn't bother too much because I brush my teeth before going to bed. I brush my teeth at least twice in a day.

Three times, once after each meal.

I can't even count how much I do it bruh.

Just at nighttime for me but also mouthwash and water pick.

Personally, I brush at least twice in a day. I always brush in the morning when getting ready for work and at before going to bed. I can't brush at work because I don't see it being feasible for me to do so.
