Same here looking forward to Season 2 

I believe this is actually just the "second batch" of season one episodes (each season is split into three batches of 8 episodes, for some reason). If this season does well enough (It probably will), there's a good chance Netflix will greenlight a second season, probably with 24 more episodes split across three batches.

Thanks for the explanation and In details as well making It more clear to us   I hope Sonic Prime does really well 

I do want this series to do well because cyberpunk Sonic is something I've fantasized about for awhile. Tails looks especially awesome! Can't wait to see where this series goes!

Yeah @ , the cyberpunk aspect was the best part of the series. Hopefully they delve deeper into that part of the show.
