This sounds...ODDLY familiar. By the name Bel-Air, I think of Will Smith but that's basically all I got
. I'll need to consult the internet for this one. I am a little surprised I was so close. So this is the theme song for Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. I've honestly never seen this show and the only times I've seen Will Smith is in the Aladdin Live-Action (which I love) and Men in Black. I think the only reason why I guessed Will Smith is I've heard people call him the Prince of Bel-Air .

Yeah, I intentionally picked a part of the song that is RARELY included in the actual theme song of the show (They trimmed it down some), but ALSO gave away a heavy clue, figuring you may not be supremely familiar but might have known the tip off. And you mostly did, so it worked out!
As far as yours, my dear Uncle Google had to rescue me again, because I sadly just had no idea. It seems to be "You Are Stronger" from Persona 5, yet another game I've lacked the pleasure of enjoying. (I feel behind the 8-ball with all these games I'm missing out on!)
This one might be hard, but I'll provide context for why I went for it when you give it a go!

Persona 5 is a great game. Highly recommend checking it out if you got a PS3 or PS4.
....yeah I got nothing for this one. So don't mind if I *typing noise* Kids in America? This is my first time hearing this song, to be honest and it doesn't even sound familiar .

So I had chosen Kids in America because I'm quite a fan of the Digimon franchise, and an exclusive cover was featured on the soundtrack for the movie. (I've been sort of keeping with soundtrack songs I guess hehe)

I have no idea what this song is. *google later* Ohhhhhhh Goof Troop. Yeah, that's a Disney show I need to check out sometime. As someone who loved the Goofy Movie, I should really take a look at it since I have Disney+. Same with Quack Pack but I've heard that show is pretty mediocre.

Yeah, Goof Troop was a fun show. Not as good as Goofy Movie, I'll give you that, but it was great for being a little episodic adventure!
Okay okay hold on I'm going to guess and this is a bit of a wild guess based on the tone, but also I may have heard this before because it sounds so vaguely familiar. Is this one Sailor Moon? Let me ask my uncle quick... HEY UNCLE GOOGLE, IS THIS ONE SAILOR MOON?? (Google: Why yes, yes it is. Good job!)

Yep! Sailor Moon has an incredibly catchy tune.
