It says "AFD 2019" next to the link. AFD being an abbreviation for "April Fool's day".
I actually tried playing it when it first was released. It's a short platformer based on Srb1, but the game intentionally "crashes" only a short distance in. It's meant to be a joke about an infamous crash in Srb2, I think. -

i love games that add obscure playable characters like fang and others, the modding community is nuts! one of my favorite mods atm has to be the chaotix mod that released recently!
The physics take awhile to get used to in this game but once you do everythingis golden!
