Maria: It hurts me to hear that name spoken! My cousin Ivo has only caused pain and chaos to a world I highly valued, and hurt the people and creatures I love most! It breaks my heart, especially with how promising a future he could have had growing up. We grew up around the same time, and I do wonder if what happened to myself and grandpa didn't drive him into a darker place that began all of this, but there is just no excusing his acts and I am ashamed to share a family tree with Ivo.
Now it wouldn't be fair to ask their opinions and not his, so, Ivo, what is YOUR opinion on both Gerald and Maria in the present day, knowing all you know? -

Eggman: My grandfather was my idol for my entire childhood! He was the smartest man I knew and I wanted to be just like him. Buuuuuuuut I haven't placed him on such a high pedestal after he went crazy, even for my standards, and decided to blow up the entire planet.
Sonic: Hold on, Eggman, weren't you going to destroy Mobius too?
Eggman: That was just a threat! I wasn't GOING to do it. You can't have an empire without an empire to begin with! I just said that so they will surrender and submit to the glorious Eggman Empire. And nobody asked you, hedgehog!
Sonic: Fine. Fine. What about Maria?
Eggman: Ehhhhhh I don't know much about her and could care less. I just know that my cousin was important to my grandfather and to Shadow.
To Rouge, what inspired you to be the jewel thief you are today? Is it just because you like whatever is shiny or is there something more to it?
To the President, how did you manage to escape when Space Colony Ark destroyed the White House?

Rouge: Well, I tend to have a taste for very nice things in life, and what could be nicer than jewels? At first, I was willing to try to work for an income that could afford me these delights, which is why I'm also a spy from time to time, but ultimately it took far too long to make enough to get my hands on what I wanted. Not to mention, once I got one, I had to have more. Ya know, the saying is true, diamonds are a girl's best friend! And all other jewels are close friends!
President: Well, we have many top secret security measures for keeping ourselves safe so that we can continue to look after the country. I can't discuss specifics, but let's just say it involves transport shuttles and tunnels. I may have said too much already.
Shadow: Well, unfortunately what had happened to him didn't last for long, no thanks to the Doctor finding his remains. But, let's just say, we scrapped him for parts and gave Omega a few upgrades. It amazes me that the Doctor was able to rebuild that walking junkyard though. Shame.
Sonic, if Eggman came to you truly a changed man seeking to join forces with you for the good of the world, would you accept him and take him in? Or would you hold him responsible for his past transgressions and have him processed with the full extent of the law? -

Sonic: Eggman changing his ways for good would be great! But I will be a bit suspicious so I would probably keep an eye on him. Once I'm convinced, he's A-OK on my book!
Shadow: Hmph, naive idiot. Have you already forgotten what happened the last time you let Eggman free? He caused a Metal Virus outbreak.
Sonic: Hey! That doesn't count! Going back to evil was because of that platypus guy.
Shadow: If it were up to me, he would be locked in a high-security prison at least. Permanently.
Eggman: I'm right here you two. I'm never gonna turn good and that's that. Being bad is my whole thing. I'm Doctor Ivo Robotnik! Greatest scientist and soon-to-be ruler of the world!
Sonic: Actually, Shadow, you might be on to something about that prison. Don't we have a cage right here for him?
Eggman: Wait what?
Shadow: Why yes. *grins* Yes we do.
Eggman: Wh-why are you two looking at me like that? No! NOO-
To Eggman, how on Mobius did you escape the white void with your past self?
To Silver, when you fix something in the past, do you forget what happened in the future and forget why you are at a certain point in time since that was the reason why you time-traveled there in the first place? (that was probably a confusing question

Eggman: Well, we did what any self-respecting genius would do- figure it out! We managed to make our own way out of that blasted white void. Exactly how we did it is a trade secret of course!
Silver: Uh....w-wow that's a loaded question! To make a long story short, no. I still remember what I was there for before I fixed the anomaly (or anomalies) in the past because I was the one that did it so it's kind of like a rock in a river. It flows on but its path is altered by that one rock but it keeps flowing.
Charmy: yay, a question for me! Let's see....Pineapple on Pizza? Um....I dunno. I never had it before! We never even order a pizza back at the detective agency....

To Amy: what got you into Tarot card reading? Do you actually utilize a deck whenever Sonic went on an adventure? And if you had one, what was the most important card that you've drawn?
To Tikal & Chaos Zero: do you actually leave the Master Emerald and explore this world or do you two really stay in there for all eternity? It must be boring for the both of you. Also if Chaos can answer, did it visit a chao garden yet? I would imagine that it would and see that the lifeforms it was protecting thrived... -

(I know nothing of Tarot cards so I had to Google a bit so bear with me on my lack of info on the subject.)
Amy: Ooooh tarot card reading. Yeah, I was really into mystical and magical stuff when I was little. But one day, the tarot cards led me to Little Planet where I met the love of my life.
Sonic: Ight, I'ma head out.
Amy: Anyway, I used to use them to help me find where Sonic is. I don't use them as much as I used to but it's nice to brush up on my card reading skills every now and then. When I was little, my favorite card was the High Priestess. Nowadays, it's the Lovers and Empress cards. Thanks for the question!
Tikal: We usually stay with the master emerald to protect it with Knuckles. But Chaos and I do visit the Chao Garden to have some fun with the Chao's. Thank you for the question.
To Big, what was the largest fish you ever caught and where did you catch it?
To Shadow, why do you sometimes ride a motorcycle or other vehicles when you could just run? I mean, you're probably faster than the vehicles you ride.

(Ok, I haven't played Sonic Unleashed but I have heard of it and Prof. Pickle. I'll give his answer a shot.)
Big: Well, let's see...uhhhh....I really don't remember the place where I caught it but I remember it was about...1,200 pounds...but it was all metally and wanted to bite me so I had to throw it back
Shadow: Well, I'm not as fast as Sonic but unlike him I just like to utilize the vehicles I've been trained to drive. That's one-up on him, right there.
Prof. Pickle: Ahh, my favorite subject! Well, the key components of the perfect sandwich are the right kind of bread, the right condiments, meats, and vegetables!

To Maria: I know that you possibly get asked this all the time but if you can, tell me how you became a hedgehog. Was it through a miracle of science? Or...are you a construct that has the original Maria's memories?
To anyone: What are your opinion(s) on the Phantom Thieves of Hearts? Do you think they truly want a reformed society or do you think that they should be Public Enemy Number 1? (Gotta get a P5-themed question in here somewhere!)

(Thanks! You did well as Professor Pickle! *reads Maria's question* Oof uh hmm. Well, Maria didn't canonically become a hedgehog but I can give a shot. Now should I use the Sonicsong182 interpretation or do my own thing? Eh, I'll do my own thing. cracks knuckles Hehehhehehe this is gonna be fun.)
Maria: Oh! Well, you see. In one of his adventures, Shadow found out that chaos emeralds have the power to resurrect people from the dead. So he started searching for them. From what he has told me, he tried using my original body by time traveling to the past where I died but it was destroyed during the whole resurrection process by some bad guy. Fortunately, there was still some DNA from my destroyed body to use. So Shadow had a friend make a new body using both mine and his DNA to make a "vessel." With the power of chaos control and the chaos emeralds, I came back as a hedgehog. My memory of my past is a little fuzzy but I help Shadow's team by being the mechanic and fixing up Omega when he gets damaged.
Omega: HER UPGRADES PROVED TO BE OF USE IN THE DESTRUCTION OF EGGMAN'S ROBOTS
Maria: *giggles* Yep! Thanks for the question!
Sonic: Phantom Thieves? Ohhhhhhhhh you must mean those guys from that other franchise, Persona! They seem to be a pretty good team helping society by showing the criminals that what they were doing is wrong. They've got my support!
Shadow: While they have done some good so far. Messing with the hearts of people is dangerous and I would not trust a group of teenagers to do such a task. I believe there were some examples of times where stealing a person's heart in order for them to become sorry has gone wrong and I wouldn't entrust reckless teenagers to do it. It's like letting Sonic become a therapist.

Blaze: Oh! Glad you asked. That gem is how I keep my fire abilities in check. It inhibits the Sol energies within me and makes it so I can use fire at will. It's sort of how my stepson Seg Genesis has gloves to inhibit his chaos energies so he can easily emulate anything without incident.
Tails: Well, it's funny you should ask. It was Dr. Eggman that set me on that path! I figured, if he makes machines to hurt and enslave people, then i should make the opposite of those! Thanks for the question!
Sonic: heh....my biggest regret? Well that's a tough one. I mean, i can recall that one time when Emerl was in our lives was when everyone was at their happiest, even Amy (although it was for the wrong reasons shh) and when Egghead pulled out that final something-or-other and corrupted him, I had to beat it out of him....and that made him disappear. Even though I didn't show it, I was wracked with grief that day....If I had came with him maybe it would've happened. Maybe. Who knows?

Amy: *sighs* Emerl was great. We had a fun time boxercising and taking down the replicas Eggman made. He was the closest thing I had to a son. *sniff*. If he was still around, I would probably take him shopping, boxercise, cooking, and have tea with Cream and G-merl. Thanks for the question.
Sonic: I honestly can't believe it's been 30 years already! We've got a lot of plans. With the new game coming in 2022, Rise of the Wisps, and a lot more. We've got a lot of plans we can't wait to share.
