They need to update it.

Whenever I click "Click Here" on a member profile, I get a message reading: You do not have permission to email other members. Error Code: 5029:1410000 Do I need to be in a certain rank for this?

So, I don't know if this is some kind of thing that has to do with Zetaboards messing up, or it's only been set so admins can use it, but yeah, I think it needs to be fixed.
