Figured I'd make a new topic for the big new Nintendo shooter that everyone is talking about, Splatoon. Splatoon is a unique new shooter where you play as these people called "Inklings," who have to paint more of the stage than their opposing team. Oh and they can also turn into Squids to quickly move through painted areas. You use a variety of weapons and the game focuses more on painting more of the stage than your enemy (and not so much on kills). It also now has Amiibos for it too. What do you all think of Splatoon? |

If someday we meet in person in the near future, and I had recently done anything that would confirm that I had become a Brony (which as of now I am not one), such as if I had posted on a Pony-related fan-site, drawn a Pony-themed artwork, contributed to a Pony fanfic, or anything else along those lines. If I have done anything like that, I want you to punch me in the face without warning. This make sound like I'm joking, but I am absolutely serious about this. Ignore any future statements retracting this if I ever make any. Though if you do, please first confirm that it is me who is doing it, and not some Brony who is posing as me and wants to see me get punched. I do not wish to go down the path of the Bronies, and hopefully those of you reading this will help me so that it stays that way, if god forbid I ever even attempt it. Thank you. | |

I want this game. I want the splatoon Wii u bundle so badly. this game is a lot of fun, saw it in action at the recent Nintendo world championships (HAIL JOHN NUMBERS! ) This could be the multi player experience that COD can't provide me with, and that's truly saying something. *starts scanning for high-paying jobs* |

Been playing it on and off since launch. Love it as much as I did while participating in the Global Testfires. Found myself a playstyle I'm comfortable with and that gets results but still seeking to improve as I try the new weapons that come out. There's a new ranked mode coming in tomorrow: Tower Control. Curious about how that will shake things up. My Region is also about to have our first Splatfest so that should be interesting. Should probably vote for a team before that starts. All in all, the most fun I've had playing a new game in ages. Great stuff. |

Yeah, at first I wasn't much into it, but now I am finding it enjoyable, especially with the new updates. The multiplayer is where it really shines, but the single player missions aren't much. I love it when everyone tries to go for more kills, while I just happily paint away from enemy territory and get points easy there. |
