Mariko was about to say something but then a voice cut her off. "Um, actually i'll take it from here!" A medium-sized portal opened up in the center of the three ponies and Starlight and her guards. Something came out of the portal. It was a hunk of metal at first, but it then transformed into an equine shape. It then started firing lasers all over the place. In the confusion that ensued, Mariko, Finite and Tree rushed into the portal, and it closed up completely. --Earth-- The three tumbled out of the portal in a heap. They landed on cool, laminate flooring. Mariko was the first to get up, albeit stumbling due to being used to being on four legs. In front of them was a familiar diamond-eyed man. In his hand was an...object. There were more of these objects on a table next to him. It looked like a hand grenade in shape, but it had a spiral shape to it, like a Halogen light bulb. He smiled. "Nice of you guys to drop in! That tells me that it worked." Mariko smiled and hugged the man. "Nice to see you again Aaron! You really saved us there!" |

Starlight groaned. She would need to tighten the grip on trans-universal teleportstion a lot tighter now. --- "What do you mean?" Fluttershy asked. "The whole reason she wants control is to push an agenda." Wrench said. "If left unchecked, she'll bring ruin to this world." |

Senjin nodded. They were now in a forest. Not the Everfree Forest, but similar to it. Senjin was camouflaged and in close proximity to Fluttershy and Wrench, ready to spring their trsp on Vinyl, whom he was sure was coming any minute now. As he lay there in wait, he wondered why Vinyl was acting like she was acting now. She wasn't the laid back, adventurous DJ PON-3 he knew. She was more of a rebel, a primal animal, a barbarian. |
