Biography:Erebus is not one person,it is the personification of nether energy that radiating from the Nether Blade,a sword of unquantifiable power.Erebus is born when the blade is overrused by it's wielder...in this case,Erebus is Arkham Dumas.

Arkham Dumas was a templar under the goddess Akasha,which was the patron deity of energies and magic.Due to his unholy usage of magic like necromancy and nethermancy,he devoted his entire life to holy usage of magic to avoid being eternally scorned by Akasha.

Arkham Dumas with other evangelical warriors were Mage Slayers,warriors who fought against unholy usage of magic in the name of Akasha.Years passed...far after that,at the time of when Dumas was a Chief Evangelist of the Cathedral.

In His dreams...he saw a vision of the goddess Akasha,who had tasked him with defeating a great beast within the Nether,and so he and others sojourned into the nether,where the vision had came to him once more...Akasha wanted him to destroy the beast and ALSO fashion a blade from his scales,which is exactly what he did.

Years later...he was the leader of the MageSlayer Order,and it is when the blade finally started to corrupt him.He had went years through his life leading the order,but the pain of his hypocrisy,(since he himself became a corrupted abomination of magic from the corruption)had caused him to contemplate suicide,always saying"why did Akasha lie to me...why did she...forsake me?"

After the stress became overwhelming,he went into cardiac arrest and eventually perished.After his death,the blade dissapeared with him,and he met Akasha,only to find out it was not Akasha,but the blade itself was communicating with him.

With no control over his soul due to the immense corruption,he was reanimated as a revenant...the Nether Blade Incarnate...Erebus.



Possible Future Goals or Tasks:Turning the world into a Kleptocratic Nihilist Society...Just like the plane of the Nether.Does not want to rule the world,just spiral it into absolute chaos.
