I don't believe they are. I've only ever seen them in public areas anyways. It's not like the cops are telling people to install them in their homes... or is there something I've not heard to that effect?

Brah, if that's a worry, chuck your cell phone. And webcam. Desktop, too, for that matter. Have you not played Watch_Dogs? Camera, microphone, data. You're walking information practically giving them, whoever THEY are, "anytime" access to your privacy just by roaming with your phone. Get tracked via GPS. Lol A bit of joking aside, I've only seen these kind of cameras in the streets and public places. It's the same in some of the foreign counties I've been in. If something goes down proof is potentially within shouting distance, unless you're in the woods are some reason. |
