Angel Island Act 1
Good afternoon. My Name is Richard Folorunso. I am fifteen years old, and a first year student in secondary school. My place of work is at JCPenney as a customer service specialist.

I decide to join Sonic Blast, so I might feel a sense of belonging around other Sega fans alike. To find somewhere in which I would not be judged for liking a fictional character that is marketed towards children. I am planning to contribute to the community with my knowledge and impetus for programming. Despite the fact that my understanding is extremely low for my age, and in comparison to others on this forum my skills are amateur at best. I still continue practicing to the best of my abilities every day. I have been designing games on the Game Maker platform for nearly eight years. Although I did not start in the Game Maker Language until I was about eleven. I intend to leave GML and continue to learn C after Act two of Sage 2014.

I aspire to attend DigiPen University after completing my high school education. If I can make it I would like to specialize in Computer Science to get a master's degree. Then have an occupation that will allow me to create games for companies that I have enjoyed when I was younger. If I can join Sonic Blast I can obtain information about the people whose walking or have already walked down the same route I wish to. Thank You once again for reading. Have a good day.

I have a YouTube channel, if you would be so kind enough to simply spend two minutes on it I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you.

Hello there Bluecore! The Messenger Of Justice Welcomes You!

Enjoy your stay on Sonic Blast!
Be sure to check me out on Deviant Art to see some of my various drawings and artworks. http://hexidextrous.deviantart.com/

Also, I would like to ask a favor from for anyone who is my friend here.
If someday we meet in person in the near future, and I had recently done anything that would confirm that I had become a Brony (which as of now I am not one), such as if I had posted on a Pony-related fan-site, drawn a Pony-themed artwork, contributed to a Pony fanfic, or anything else along those lines. If I have done anything like that, I want you to punch me in the face without warning. This make sound like I'm joking, but I am absolutely serious about this. Ignore any future statements retracting this if I ever make any. Though if you do, please first confirm that it is me who is doing it, and not some Brony who is posing as me and wants to see me get punched. I do not wish to go down the path of the Bronies, and hopefully those of you reading this will help me so that it stays that way, if god forbid I ever even attempt it.
Thank you.

Thank you man I really appreciated it. I really did not expect anyone to respond, much less view my message. I really do hope the remainder of the community is just as nice as you are.

Wow, I can not believe this. All of you people greeting me like this. I really appreciate you taking your time to reply Dark, and Neo. I've been to a few other forums in the past, and I was never greeted by anyone, let alone four people! Thank you everyone.

Hey there welcome to Sonic Blast Bluecore! You may call me Raven if you'd like. Heck I'm 24 and I still love Sonic, even though the franchise is marketed to children. :P Do you wish to learn any other programming languages besides C in the future? Just curious is all. :P Hope you enjoy your stay here. ^_^

Thank you very much Raven. As for your question, well other than the generic C and C++, and the graphics and sound libraries. I would love to learn HTML, JAVA, and PHP for website design. I would also like to learn a scripting language like Python, Perl, or Lua to work beside projects I make in C++. I will maybe want to learn something else in the future, but for right now I want to focus on C. Not sure if learn many languages at the same time is a good idea.
