Good vibes.
 Apparently, a sequel comic to City had Joker cremated. So, assuming that's cannon, I'm pretty sure Joker can't be in this one.

 They outright stated that one of the major plotpoints of the game is that Joker's death has united the other criminals against Batman, So I would highly doubt that they would have him somehow alive in this.
Although he will probably get a mention when you come to fight Harley.

 Alright, that is all pleasing to hear. The main reason why Origins turned me off was because of a silly and rather disappointing plot twist involving the Joker.
