Book your room here! Sonic Revolution was announced earlier this week and this thread is for all you prospective attendees! Our event is going to last from 10 AM to 6 PM in the Marquis Room at the Holiday Inn in Buena Park at 7000 Beach Blvd. Various activities include: A concert by Serenity Seven, who have made several Sonic the Hedgehog covers. Check out some of their music! An exclusive clip of the Sonic Prologue fan film, with QnA with animator Chris Wilcots. A gaming tournament, featuring video games on their original SEGA consoles, called "Gaming through the AGES." An artist alley for those willing to showcase their skills! Be sure to get in touch with sonicremix@sonic-revolution.net for more information. Please bear in mind that selling artwork will require the appropriate licensing from Buena Park and the state of California. The actual artist alley spots are free. An art contest, with Evan Stanley of the Archie comics as one of our judges. Evan Stanley will also have her own Artist Alley table, so please feel free to stop by to view her work or receive autographs. And much, much more! If you ever wanted to go to a Sonic con on the West Coast, this event is for you! Currently there are only 100 tickets available, but we will release more in the coming months as we get reserved spots (i.e. press) finalized. Please remember that Sonic Revolution is no way affiliated with SEGA America or any other part of SEGA Sammy. Missed grabbing a ticket? No problem! We have 50 more going up for grabs on the 8th at 10 AM PST! They will once more be grabbed through EventBrite! 10 AM PST, as a reminder! This will be the last batch of tickets being released to the public. 15 more tickets are still available to anyone who uses the group code "SGR" without quotations when reserving a room at the Holiday Inn Buena Park and sends confirmation of their reservation to sonicremix@sonic-revolution.net!
