Perfectionist Posts: 3,036 Group: E Rank Legend Member #9,478 Joined: November 2, 2008 Gender: Male 3DS Friend Code: 1504-6189-5960	Nintendo has announced that on May 20th wifi services will finally be closed up as the company puts all their efforts on Wii U/3DS. While there's certain apps to still be functionable like youtube, the majority will probably not be used. Online multiplayer for games on the said systems will not be there anymore on May 20th. I'll post a list of workable apps and source tomorrow. This means if you want to play Smash Bros. Brawl or Mario Kart Wii online, better get on it. Hard to believe. This is also big news to Pokemon as it will turn into the older games with no online. Kind of hard to believe considering it hasn't been two years since Black and White 2 but it is inevitable. So if there's online you want to do, hop to it.

But they can't keep the servers up for much longer anyways, since it costs money and they have other games that will have online capabilities. (Plus the 3DS and Wii U have been out for a while, so I guess they assume you have at least one of them. :V)
