Also several other news but I'll squeeze that for another topic if someone wants to make it, regarding the CGI film and animated series. It looks like Sonic is going to be much more active again. Surprised that nobody beat me to posting this. Quote: Toy maker Jazwares revealed at the Nuremberg toy fair that Sega is busy developing a brand new Sonic game for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Wii U for 2015. Sega still has a Sonic game in production for Nintendo platforms, so it’s unknown at this point whether the exclusivity still holds. Now we have Heavenly Sword and Sonic this year. Ratchet & Clank next year and Sly Cooper the year after that. Lets hope they do the series justice. As for the game, I just hope it's good. After Colors and Generations I thought they had their mojo back, then comes Lost World.... They've changed their tune that Sonic works best only on Nintendo I guess. I just hope it's good. I'd say a Generations style game would be good but changing it up is nice too and if it's on new systems it could be on an entirely different engine.

I think Sonic Team / SEGA have been around the internet long enough to realise the problems with Sonic 06, hopefully, and not repeat the same mistake again. Just as long as it isn't a Lost Worlds scenario. But a really good game with some decent story telling using existing character roster (no need to add even more!)? YES PLEASE!

I sort of figured that Sega would eventually make a game for the other consoles and not just the Wii U. Even more news about the CGI series too?! I have to read up on that.

However, I heard that the New Sonic CG Film that was mentioned there too is going to be directed by Sony Pictures. I'm really excited about this. It might be like the Sonic Live-Action Spec Film on Youtube, but better and with a more sufficient budget. If someday we meet in person in the near future, and I had recently done anything that would confirm that I had become a Brony (which as of now I am not one), such as if I had posted on a Pony-related fan-site, drawn a Pony-themed artwork, contributed to a Pony fanfic, or anything else along those lines. If I have done anything like that, I want you to punch me in the face without warning. This make sound like I'm joking, but I am absolutely serious about this. Ignore any future statements retracting this if I ever make any. Though if you do, please first confirm that it is me who is doing it, and not some Brony who is posing as me and wants to see me get punched. I do not wish to go down the path of the Bronies, and hopefully those of you reading this will help me so that it stays that way, if god forbid I ever even attempt it. Thank you.

Sega said the poster is incorrect. Though it could be the case of it getting leaked before a more formal announcement (though also remember Nintendo and Sega confirmed three exclusive games in which we only saw two). After Generation's bland story, I was impressed by Lost World in that regard, especially regarding the utterly fantastic way Sonic, Tails, and Eggman were characterized. Keep that quality of characterization, (or you could one-up it and take a page from Black Knight's gold standard characterization), add a bit more tension to the plot, make things have a bit more weight, be competently written, and you've already sold me.

I can only imagine what is in store, but as far as SpaceGabe on Sonic Stadium is concerned, we may need to be ready for "The biggest shitstorm" the franchise has ever endured will come in 24 hours.
